The Founder
As a Doctor of Nursing practice, a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse practitioner and experienced critical care nurse I bring a combination of over 17 years of healthcare experience to my practice. Throughout my career I have held multiple roles in the healthcare industry including: both inpatient and outpatient settings, various intensive care units, along with providing mentorship or leadership skills to other teammates.
My experience includes working at nationally known teaching institutions within medical, trauma, transplant, cardiovascular, neuroscience intensive care units. I have specialized training with peri-operative care of cardio-thoracic and spine surgery patients and am passionate about providing evidence-based care to my clients while helping them achieve optimal outcomes.
In addition to my clinical work, I am also committed to education and mentorship. I have served as a preceptor for both nursing/nurse practitioner students, was a former medical assistant/nurse assistant and I am dedicated to helping the next generation of healthcare professionals succeed.
Overall, my goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual I work with. I believe in taking a holistic approach to healthcare and working collaboratively with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote health and wellness.
